Welcome to the new episode for May, packed full of Uplifting Vocal & Hard Hitting Chunky Beats currently in my playlists. The past month has been a truly amazing one with 2 Europe gigs first at Scream, Paris for new night "London Is Burning" & GMF, Berlin which took on London's Dirty Disco Gigolo Party, Memorable experiences & performances at both clubs. Also the past Bank Holiday saw me Guest DJ for Orange Nations Onyx party at new venue Covert, another great experience. Many of the songs played at the said events are featured in this podcast to give you a taste of what went down!

Kicking Off into 2012, it has started very well to say the least. First New Years gig at The Edge Bar was great great fun packed till the very early hours for the Gaga fest, great energy all night then followed by the "dirty disco stop out! that is Gigolo VIP'ing at Salvation, Cafe De Paris on New Years Day, another amazing party. First Play>Time, Lo Profile for the month was a nice success and the Edge Bar continues to get busier week on week, good times! Moving onto the first podcast for 2012, House Sessions 18 is packed with thumping/ uplifting beats from start to finish, a mixture of tracks I've been listening to recently so expect the usual mix of old & some new, tracks from Michael Gray, DJ Chus, an amazing remix of "Where Have You Been" by Ivan Gomez and more. House sessions 18 has a more progressive feel to it too, something different I suppose but pumping nether less.
Gigs for January: This podcast came out later than planned so having already played Gigolo at Salvation, Play>Time & Society, Edge Bar remains a stable spot every Saturday night with extended hours from 10pm - 3am however coming up see's Gigolo return to the midweek Soiree Scene at new home Shadow Lounge, Wednesday 18th January from 10pm, see link "GIGOLO CALL ME" for future information on how you can enter the midweek Disco Orgy.

The first of 2 editions for December, House Sessions 17 is a mixture of everything uplifting and CHUNKY, a great energy and rhythm throughout, even said to be a "best ever" from a fellow DJ friend so thats a nice bonus This year has been a great success for me personally from where & how i started DJing, it's a great leap forward and has given me great confidence going into 2012 to carry on progressing. Gigs for December, Gigolo makes it's return to a new home in the form of Soho's Shadow Lounge for GIGOLO "CUMBACK", Sunday 4th. Gigolo will be on the first Sunday of every month becoming London's new T Dance party to be seen, expect sexy, chunky, disco vibes and beats all night long to finish of the weekend the best way Gigolo does it.
My Saturday weekly residency at Soho Squares EDGE BAR takes a new turn in the form of an extended license being granted, Edge Bar will now be open until 3am on Friday & Saturday so even more reasons to party late into the night, Set's each week will vary in time slots so again please like my facebook page to keep in the loop with that.
Lastly i'll be playing at Profile bar, Soho from 8.30pm on Friday 9th December.

This months House Sessions: 16 (Novt '11) is a real mixture of tracks (past & present) and starts with a real uplifting feel featuring tracks from JM Castilo, Plastik Funk and the Aitor Galan remix of "That Feeling", a track I'm really loving at the moment. Currently I'm going through an "era phase" of everything mid 2000 and my live sets are starting to feature many tracks which really seems to be doing it the crowds. In this podcast albeit of more recent times, "Pump Up The Jam - Kurd Maverick Crowd Is Jumping" Remix HAD to be featured, I just love everything about it with it's simple/ chunky beat and samples from the original tune but also the Guy Scheiman remix of Ultra Nate's "Automatic", something fresh to add to the compilation for this month (Thanks Guy). A bit of pop in the form of Alejandro (Enrry Return Mix) and finishes with a real chunky remix of Salvador (Chris Moody Mix) by Dion Mavath. This podcast is also more experimental from my previous ones in the form of effects which I had great fun messing about with to add something new and fresh, still some refining to be done over time but It feels for me another step up for experience gained which I can take to the clubs confidently and put on a better experience for all.
Speaking off clubs & gigs, many changes happened during October with Lo Profile's Friday night changing from SOCIETY to PLAY>TIME becoming an extremely popular and packed Friday night for Soho. I had the privilege of playing Play>Time twice last month and will be again on Friday 11th November alongside "scene legend" Steve Pitron but also as part of my Birthday bash which I'm very excited for. Steve is part of my inspiration into house music and DJ'ing so looking very forward to playing alongside him again on this occasion. GIGOLO, our favourite "Pop Up Disco" parted ways from Lo Profile last month but will be cementing itself at a new residency very soon re-launching December 4th, join the GIGOLO Page for further information on the re-launch. Last month also saw me take up Saturday nights at Soho Square's EDGE BAR and to great success, I gotta say it's always great fun and every week has got better and better for me, music wise, you can expect a mix of everything commercial/ funky house, buzzing is the best way to describe a Saturday night there, always one to look forward to.

Hey Guys,, So September has probably been the busiest month for me by far with successful nights continuing at Lo Profiles Gigolo and an amazing set for Society now known as Play>Time, more on that shortly, I also made a return to Vauxhall's Fire Club for my first "Big Event Outing" at Casalatina *Sugar Daddy* which I must say was rockin', one I really enjoyed and hope to play again soon, a MASSIVE Thank You to everyone who made it down on that night to show support, really lifted me up and rocked along with me. October however looks to top September in terms of productivity firstly with Gigolo continuing to stamp it's mark on the Thursday night Social Map as the place to be & be seen. Recent weeks has seen the night get busier & busier with everyone officially back from their summer holidays and ready to carry on the party spirit, Will be playing this weeks Gigolo so check the Gig Guide below for full details of what to expect. October also see's some changes and new editions to the London Gay Party Scene first with Lo Profile's staple Friday night which was Society now known as Play>Time, still hosted by international porn star Jay Roberts, Lo Profile transforms into a "red light district wonderland" where all of Soho's hottest turn out to party to the thumping sounds of some of Gay London's hottest DJ's, I myself will be playing my first Play>Time since the switch on the 21st, more below. The new weekly addition comes from promoter Mauricio Ortiz in the form of Le Boy, launching Friday 7th at new club Protocol, Vauxhall and lastly, Saturday's weekly will see me playing at Soho Squares, Edge Bar from 10pm - 1am, a selection of everything commercial & funky, the first night at Edge was good fun so looking forward to many more nights. So moving onto House Sessions: 15 (Oct '11 Edition), Some people have stressed in the past to me that I can't label my podcasts by the month and year when I feature "some" songs that don't fit the month by release, well no but I never promote my podcasts as bursting with "fresh/ new music" month in month out, The month & year is generally a reference to when I made it, personally I like my podcasts to feature a mixture of new & old songs that I'm currently enjoying/ re-discovered and want to put out, just to clarify that
So what's in the Podcast? Lots of Rhythm & Bass as standard by Burns, this podcast however jumps straight into the rhythmic beats and steadily progresses to the chunkier sounds throughout, two personal favourites in the mix are Nacho Capado's "The Hit Part 1" followed by Coco Villa - La Noche that I featured in last year's October mix (memories of Matinee, Ibiza '10), The end takes a more soulful approach with a remix by"Nyx, Syrinx & Nelio" of Erick Morillo's "Live Your Life" (Thank You Kamal), this song could not be anymore true on this particular day, Very much a crap Monday unfortunately but recording this podcast & song did lift the spirits. SATURDAY 8th/ 15th/ 22nd/ 29th OCTOBER - THE EDGE BAR, SOHO (Set time: 10pm - 1am) A new weekly slot at the Edge Bar, Soho spinning a selection of commercial/ funky house throughout the night, be sure to come down and take advantage of the special drinks deals running throughout the night, a fun time for sure.

Another month and with it, a new podcast, August was a very busy month but productive as ever. Had a very enjoyable B2B session at Gigolo alongside a good friend and DJ Terry Vietheer cementing Gigolo back on the social calender following a 2 week "Circuit Summer Break" (for many but me), following that same night saw an amazing set playing at Gravity (Fire) for the first time. I regularly record my live sets for those who attend the events i play however all can be obtained from my Facebook Page so be sure to head over and hit "Like" to keep in the loop.
Moving onto this months podcast, Expect no soft/ jazzy build up's this time, it's straight in with a mixture of the latin inspired beats i love rolling into the heavy - progressive/ chunky beats mid way finishing with the melodic rhythms of Javi Reina & Alex Guerrero, 2 current favs of mine at the moment. I wanted something with a real kick this month and found it in Thomas Gold's - In Your Face (35.40). It's a heavier installment from my usual but did enjoy this one at the gym myself, did keep me going. Won't say too much more about it, get it on and enjoy it as i did, be sure to hit "Like" above too (If you do of course).

So for the monthly update, well to start with, IBIZA last month was AMAZING!!! a chilled holiday more than the mad party one of the previous 2 years but i so love that Island. Music wise, didn't hear much i hadn't heard already but an amazing vibe in the clubs and around town, uh i need to be back there. On the plus side, London has finally caught up with the heat albeit humid and muggy but warm nether the less..whoopee!
So onto the August installment, With everyone jetting off to BCN for the Circuit Festival (not me unfortunatly, next year), slightly inspired to send a few friends on their way, August 2011 or House Sessions # as it will be known from now on is a hefty mix of chunky and hard hitting beats with the spanish vocals you can expect to hear at the circuit parties. A big thanks to DJ Guy Scheiman for his remix of "Only Girl", nagging for ages but love it.
On the Gig front, Last month saw my best set at Lo Profile's Gigolo (See Gallery), safe to say there was "disco fever" in the air but an amazing buzz on finishing my set to a packed floor not wanting to budge. Wil also be returning to Popcorn on the 8th & 15th which i'm super excited about, love the main floor of Heaven, a great crowd and team so would be great to see them all again after so long, see gig guide below for full run down.
